I have had this vacuum for over 3.5 years. It still has a very powerful suction. Works almost as well as it did when it was new.

-Heavy
-After three and a half years, 'Lifetime' Hepa allows too much dust it escape. It smells like dust when I vacuum now. Cleaning the filter makes no difference.

I like this vac. The attachment is easy to use, especially on stairs. The attachments on the model don't fall off like other vac's I've had. It's quick, easy and extremely good. The hepa filter lasts a long time. It's a little heavy but there is a lot of power behind the vac so I'm not surprised. -- Very nice
I have had this vacuum for just over a year and it is easy to use, pretty light weight, and really picks up a lot. It is also easy to dump and I love not having bags to deal with. My one major complaint is that the tube comes loose from the base and I have to constantly watch it to ensure that I do not end up running the vacuum over areas without really doing any vacuuming. -- Tube comes undone
